We are excited about the upcoming housing selection processes. Here is some key information as you get ready to select your room for the 2026-2027 academic year:

Returning Student Housing Application and Roommate Selection

Returning students who have completed their Housing application but have not yet chosen a room can still select a room from available Housing.

New Student Housing Application and Roommate Selection

New First-Year and Transfer Application available: 4/1/26 New Student Application and Roommate Matching requests due: 6/1/26

*If you are interested in selecting housing with a selected roommate, you will need to create a roommate group before the deadline 6/1/26. Provided that roommate requests are mutual (i.e. you send a request to a fellow student, and it gets accepted), you will be able to select a room together. This is not required, but available for interested students.

New Student Room Selection Week*: 6/8/26-6/12/26

*The Office of Residence Life will alert all new students of the date and time that they can begin selecting housing assignment and roommates through their housing portal through your Wilkes University email address. The date and time provided is the time you can begin choosing your assignment, but you can select at a later point if needed. First-year Student housing selection time slots are assigned based on students' Wilkes enrollment deposit date.
